Black Hawk County Solid Waste Management Commission

The Black Hawk County Solid Waste Management Commission works with the Iowa Northland Regional Council of Governments on solid waste and recycling issues including such projects as "Materials for the Arts" and informational brochures describing the services provided by the Solid Waste Commission.
