The Iowa Northland Regional City Clerks/County Auditors Association (INRCC/CA) is a voluntary association of member city clerks and county auditors designed to provide education and awareness of current topics of interest to city clerks and county auditors. Meetings are held on the last Wednesday of February, May, August, and November.
